  1. Position yourself on your knees<\/b> : To start inflatable paddle boarding, you can start by positioning yourself on your knees. Your center of gravity will be lower and you will have more balance. Position your knees one after the other well in the middle of your paddle. For optimal balance, spread your knees about shoulder-width apart. Take your paddle in hand and start paddling as soon as you feel comfortable.\n<\/li>\n
  2. Once standing, adopt the correct posture <\/b>: When you feel comfortable, you can leave the kneeling position and move on to a stand. To do this, position your feet well and bend your knees slightly for maximum balance.\n<\/li>\n
