Col\u00f3cate del lado de tu postura preferida. Al\u00e9jese de la estela del barco para no perturbar la hidrodin\u00e1mica del foil, especialmente con los remolinos del motor. P\u00e1rate en cuclillas, con las piernas flexionadas y la espalda recta. La nariz de la tabla debe apuntar hacia el cielo en el momento de la salida para poder sacar la tabla del agua. Debes ejercer presi\u00f3n sobre la pierna trasera mientras controlas la direcci\u00f3n de tu tabla a trav\u00e9s de la pierna delantera. Para ello, debes mantener el peso de tu cuerpo por encima de la tabla, moviendo ligeramente la pelvis hacia delante. Una vez que hayas encontrado el equilibrio y la estabilidad, desplaza el peso y la pelvis a la pierna trasera para levantar el papel de aluminio del suelo. La t\u00e9cnica es similar a la del snowboard o el skateboarding. Presiona los dedos de los pies, la tabla girar\u00e1 hacia un lado. Presiona los talones, la tabla gira en reversa. No inclines el torso hacia adelante, debe permanecer lo m\u00e1s recto posible por encima de los soportes. Entiende que es todo el cuerpo el que se inclina y no solo el busto.
